Whitney represented one of our largest gluten-free clients, Boulder Brands, at Expo West in California. She is a culinary chef and instructor specializing in natural foods. Whitney has a B.A. in Communications as well as a degree from The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York.
Sade has a Masters of Science in Nutrition from CSULA as well as a BS in Culinary Arts from Mississippi University. She has been a Wellness Educator at a number of our expos such as Expo West with Ryze Gluten Free, the Celiac Expo for Pamela's Products as well as Baby Mum Mum. Sade also has been a Nutrition Instructor for the Wesley Youth Foundation and a Diet Tech at a Eating Disorder Recovery Clinic in California.
Kristin has a Masters of Clinical Nutrition from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX after completing her undergrad in Health Science and Biology at Northeastern University. Kristin completed 1,200 hours of supervised experience in clinical at 4 hospitals, community at children's clinics, pediatric at the children's hospital, and food service management.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences, Dietetics from Rutgers University, Ashley has been a successful representative at our New England Expos. Ashley has interned at The NY Nutrition Group and is an active volunteer at St. Peter's Hospital.
Luisa has a Masters of Science in Health Sciences, Nutrition Concentration from GSU. She is currently a Nutrition Educator at GSU, educating at local women and children shelters and a Nutrition Educator for Pink Barre, providing nutritional education to their clients and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Sheela is a Nutrition Educator for St. John's Children's Center, and has a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Science from California State University. With her nutritional knowledge and communicative sales skills, Sheela was one of our best representatives for our client, Pascha Chocolate and the Natural Products Expo West in California.
Working towards her B.S. in Foods and Nutrition at SDSU. Rachel is enthusiastic and passionate about celiac disease and contributing to healing or curing people with auto immune diseases. Working at GNC, Rachel has marketing and sales experience in the health industry.
John is an experienced culinary expert with a vibrant personality, who has spent his time working as a Sous Chef for Walt Disney World, a Banquet Chef at Hotel Granduca in Austin, TX as well as an Executive Chef at his very own, J. Culinary Enterprises. John is currently pursuing his degree in Dietetics at Texas State University, and currently has a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Austin, TX.
Amy is pursuing a Masters of Science in Nutrition at both the National University of Natural Medicine and Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She has extensive experience as a product specialist/brand ambassador for healthy food products working for Kithchfix, LLC, a 'Grain Free Paleo Granola' company and Star Anise Foods, a GF, Non-GMO Noodle company both in Chicago. Amy also has worked a number of gluten free festivals and in-store demos in Chicago and San Francisco.
